Distilling Plum Brandy - Part 1
Fermenting plum juice results in plum wine. If the wine is distilled it becomes a plum brandy. In Eastern Europe, the distilled plum wine (brandy) is known by many names: Slivovitz, Rakia, Tzuica, and Palinka.
