The Wines

Mazza Chautauqua Cellars offers a selection of both varietals and styles on its wine list. A range of award-winning premium wines crafted from regionally grown vinifera and French-American Hybrid varieties includes both dry and off-dry selections. Bottle fermented Sparkling Chardonnay, Ice Wine of Vidal Blanc, a ruby Port made from Cabernet Franc, and Shiraz from the McLaren Vale in Australia are specialties that are not to be missed. The table wine range offers wines made from native labrusca varieties as well as hybrids that can range in sweetness throughout the spectrum. Finally, the list would not be complete if the distilled spirits, including grappa and eau de vie, were overlooked.
